Volunteer Perks:
Volunteers score FREE festival access to experience our biggest year yet (during your off-hours). The number of festival days you receive depends on how many hours you can commit, either in the lead up to or across festival dates.
- 6 hours volunteering → FREE 1 day ticket
- 16 hours volunteering → FREE 4-day ticket

Examples of volunteer duties:
- Ticketing: issuing, scanning, wristbanding
- General site support: Set-up, general cleaning etc
- Hospitality and service support
- Bar assistance
- Admin / Front-of-house support
- Event Support/Runner

Requirements (Both Volunteer and Paid Roles)
- Must already be in Japan (flights/transfers will not be included)
- Valid work visa/right to work in Japan required (paid roles)
- Must have your own accommodation in Hakuba
- Must be 18+ (Snow Machine is an R18 event)
